Machine wash cold on gentle cycle using natural detergent (clothing can shrink 5-7% in wash) or hand wash. Air dry. Do not dry or store in direct contact with sun exposure. To reduce watches, you can air out or freeze your garments for 6-12 hours. Spot clean any stains.
